Management Team

Douglas Ofner - President

      Mr. Ofner has been involved in computer networking and operations for over 10 years. He started in his family business, World Wide Dictation Service, a leader in the Dictation and Transcription business. He is responsible for bringing that business into the digital age. His concept was to have completed documents put on a secure website so customers can retrieve them from any location. That application turned the business from a local operation to a national operation. His specialty is finding unique uses for the internet so businesses can increase sales and productivity. Mr. Ofner has vast experience in applications for DOS, Windows95/98, NT, Novell, Linux and more.

Jon Finch - Chief Technical Officer

      Mr. Finch has been designing and programming computer applications for over 22 years. He specializes in Client/Server applications, Networking, Databasing, Web and Graphic Development. His applications are in use at some of the worlds major intitutions and corporations including: Barnes and Noble, The Walt Disney Company,World Cup Soccer, Global Lottery Commission, Irish Lottery Syndicate, The Pro Choice Resource Center and more.

Ralph Gabay - IT Director

      Mr. Gabay has been working in technology since 1997 where he began working at Sony Music. From there he joined BSG as a consultant, and served clients including Dow Jones Telerate, Allied Van Lines, Bowne, and Nextel. In March of 1999, he joined GiftCertificates.com as the 6th employee responsible for directing all phases of development for the website. He worked to integrate key partners including Yahoo!, AOL, AT&T, and Qwest, to help grow the business to what is now a $100 million a year company.
